Steinmann Painted Upright
Project details
Take a look at the side view on the 'before' photos! Our guess for this one was a sunny spot combined with venetian blinds.
Many would disregard this piano due to its zebra-like appearance and dismiss it as firewood. As it was, few of us would want it in our homes, but in fact the action of this piano was entirely serviceable - it's amazing what a few coats of paint can do. Sarah chose Farrow & Ball's Manor House Grey for this small modern piano, and we all approve of the transformation. This mid-century upright has been given a new lease of life for the next generation, and would sit proudly in any contemporary interior.
